Programming Methodology Roundtable

  • OOP: Derek Konigsberg
  • Data Centered Programming: Steve Litt
  • Functional decomposition: David Billsbrough
  • The Shell: Kevin Korb
  • Coding it fast: Barry Fishman
  • Pipes are your friends: Kevin Inscoe

Each roundtable expert will be given 5 minutes to make an introductory speech about his favorite methodology, after which the audience (and other roundtable experts) will ask questions of the various roundtable experts.

Then, at the end, each roundtable expert will be able to give a 3 minute summation.

One more thing -- this is a discussion of METHODOLOGIES, not LANGUAGES. Languages should come into the discussion only to the extent that they support or fail to support given methodologies.
